Please let us know if you would like support with benefit queries, housing or difficult life situations. Our social prescriber has vast knowledge of community services who may be able to help.
Clinical Pharmacists
Our clinical pharmacists will be able to add and remove medications, review your repeat prescriptions and counsel on side effects and medication interactions. The team will also advise you on living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, high blood pressure etc. They also administer some vaccinations.
Physiotherapy
We are lucky to have highly qualified physiotherapists working with us. These experts in musculoskeletal medicine will be able to advise, diagnose, arrange investigations and refer you if needed. They will not however, follow you up for physiotherapy ‘sessions’.
Drug and Alcohol Clinic
Please let our reception team know if you’d like to speak to our specialist counsellor about addiction or dependence. They will be able to book you an appointment to be seen at our practice, rather than in an addiction centre.
Smoking Cessation Clinic
We offer weekly smoking cessation clinics to help you breaking the habit. Please ask our reception team for details or ring 0800 856 3409 to self-refer.
Non NHS and Private Services
Some of our services are not funded by the NHS, please find out more and review our current charges.

Passport signatures
Please note that we don’t sign passport forms. A large number of other professionals are also allowed to countersign your documents. Please find a list of these on the gov.uk Website.
Review of health records
